Always come here for the cheddar brisket sub. And I always look forward to the pickle. Unfortunately last night I picked up my... order and there was no pickle and my sub did not taste right?it was dry had very little bbq and Mayo. Worker was niceunfortunately the other worker was in his face talking and I?m assuming that?s why my sub was not made correctly and the picklewas forgotten. Our first time at Firehouse Well I know Sunday afternoons are busy , We got our order to go, We ordered 3 sandwiches all three... sandwiches were incorrect. Firehouse Subs is my favorite place for hot subs. There's a Jersey Mike's nearby, and a Jimmy John's a couple miles away--JJ's... is great for cold subs--but for hot subs, Firehouse beats them all hands down. The Hook & Ladder remains their hallmark. Themedium size makes a good meal, with maybe a small pack of Lays chips and a soda to wash it down. Their chili is terrific too, ifyou haven't tried it, don't miss it! I've tried all their subs and while they're all great, Hook & Ladder remains their best.Oh, and if you're a vegetarian you just might love their Veggie sub which is awesome too. There's seating inside the restaurantas well as outside. Service is quick. There are non-gendered restrooms. And if you have a sweet tooth, they also sell brownieswhich I've never tried so can't comment on, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were as good as their terrific sandwiches! Read more
The food is good! I have absolutely no complaints and the establishment itself supports first responders which is awesome. My... big thing about this was the fact that I waited 40+ minutes for my New York steamer. I walked in, went to the pick up andsomeone told me it?ll be a couple minutes for it to be done. Waited and waited until I decided to take another look at the pickup station and sure enough my sub was there. 40 minutes later and cold. Nobody even bothered to check up and see if I needed anyhelp or anything. Why tell your customers that the sub will take some more time when y?all already made it? Wasted 40 minutes. Read more

A little pricey but good! My son loved it because he wants to be a firefighter. He's still wearing the hat. An employee was... so sweet came to ask if we needed anything, when we said no he asked my 4 year old if he wanted mom to have a hat too. Then hegot me one. My son thought that was pretty cool!
