Never gets my order right. Im so tired of calling the store to let them know they got my order wrong. Just get it right.
Arrived in shop around 1 o?clock couldn?t find anybody to wait on us stood there for 10 minutes kept asking and they said... they?re too busy right now. This is the second time this has happened at that location. However there were four people behindthe counter playing with the lettuce allowing the worker who took the orders to slice the meat and do everything else. What kindof business model is this? Only tried this place cuz I got a gift card for them for Christmas, but I now KNOW that Jersey Mike's is GREAT! You can order... online, change up the sandwich the way you want, and then roll through and pick it up on your way to work (which is what I do),however one time I got down and actually asked the guy (ended up being a Manager) to make it in front of me, and it was rightthe specs! The guy really went all out for me, gave me a lot of meat (probably more than usual, I don't know)! They do make aterrific, delicious sandwich (YES, much better than Subway), worth the money! I'm a fan now, and I'll probably go back after Ifinish up the money on the gift card! Read more
The staff here is very friendly. You'd think you were their real friend when you walk in. What is it about making a sandwich... that makes someone so happy? What's their secret? Not sure. But I do know the sandwiches are very good, if not a bit expensive. Read more
Went to Jersey Mike's with my wife and 3 kids and found we were the only ones there. We ordered our 5 meals and proceeded to... watch the staff make 7-8 meals ahead of us that were phone in orders. The staff never apologized for the wait or even explainedwhy we were having to wait, but worked in awkward silence as we stood there for 15 minutes to finally have our orders started. This was very disappointing that they didn't have a dedicated worker for walk-in guests. I won't be going back if they continueto take phone-in orders or do not have a dedicated person working the walk-up line. Read more
