We had an idea for mini cupcakes for my sister's baby shower. We were going to have a dessert bar and we heard lady di's had... great cupcakes. My sister called them to place the order and all I had to do was stop by and pay. She told me she called andthey said they were able to do the order so I rushed after work to pay and when I got there they changed their minds and told methey couldn't place the order. I needed the cupcakes for the next day so I was confused on why they said they could over thephone and when I got there they said no. They didn't give me an explanation and just took the person behind me. I was shocked. Ididn't know what to do but I called kupcake kitchen and they said they would gladly do the order and even took my payment overthe phone. We got the cupcakes the next day as planned and they were a hit. They were super friendly and I have never gone backto lady di's. They were very rude and unprofessional. Read more
