Had a great time here. Skillets were huge. Two portions, easily. We had the mac n cheese and the chorizo con papas. Both super... yummy. The bottomless mimosas were a ton of fun. Staff was friendly. Read more

Ate brunch here today. This place was exactly what I was hoping it would be; a tucked away gem! The place is small and... unassuming, but the food and service are fantastic! The portions are huge, but so delicious you just can't stop. I woulddefinitely go out of my way to eat here again! Read more

This is one of the few unique restaurants in SCV. I love eating here! They have everything from vegan dishes to alligator... sausage. Thry have an outdoor patio for dining as well. I would highly recommend their iced lavender latte ???? They are also onall of the food delivery platforms. So delicious!! Must try! Read more

We stopped here for lunch during a trip to Six Flags. While the location seemed quaint, we were greeted warmly and seated... promptly. There were a few issues and the service quickly turned bizarre and awkward. 1. They were out of kids menus. Not abig deal, but it would have helped to be informed of this at seating. 2. My son ordered a cheeseburger. 5 minutes after placingthe order, the server comes back and tells us they're out of buns. He suggested to get the cheeseburger on French Toast. Why? 3. My food arrived. Eggs were overcooked and I alerted the server. He says they're supposed to be like that. The style ofeggs were "over poached" The server spent the rest of the visit avoiding us and quickly dropped off the check. As for theflavor of the food: I ordered the chicken and waffle Benedict. Chicken was under seasoned. Waffle has no flavor or texture. Thearugula was the only thing I could taste in the dish. My purposely "over poached" egg was left alone as I did not get a Benedictto eat hard boiled eggs. To the cook: try seasoning your food a bit. I know this restaurant is located in suburbia withdelicate palates, but most people don't like flavorless food. Read more

Wanted to try a new brunch place. The service is great and the coffee is good. Sadly the food left us wanting. The Country Steak... and Eggs had a Turkey gravy which was bland. The Spring Benedict was also a little disappointing as the ingredients sound great, but the execution missed its mark. Maybe a little less arugula and try a pesto aioli spread rather than a small dollop wouldmake it stand out more. Place has great potential as a brunch spot. Maybe it was just a bad day. Will try again Read more

This is a hidden jewel tucked away from the busy centers. The food is genuinely tasty and seasoned perfectly. Good service and... he spent time explaining the specials and answering our questions. Breakfast was good and I'm looking forward to coming back forlunch. Read more

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere, but food very disappointing. Only French press coffee up to par. Hash browns were not at all... brown, chicken fajita omelette just OK, scrambled eggs were dry, cappuccino was tiny. Decent toast. Come for the atmosphere, but set your expectations low for the food. First time here! Their breakfast burrito was bomb! Loved the salad too but forgot what I ordered. Very nice and cozy spot :)... Would definitely come back if I get admitted to CalArts, it's a nearby location! Read more
