Stopped in for a late lunch. Food was good, would order again. Basic burger and fish and chips.

I walk in before they close and I when straight to the restroom when I get ready to order they told me that was closed and I... couldn't eat the lady in front didn't offer me absolutely nothing she was cold and firm "we are closed" people were insde eatingstill and it was not empty place. This isn't the red Robin you love. If the waitress tries to memorize the tables order stop them, They can't. Plastic cups make... every drink hot and each menu item is the same with additional easy to execute changes. Not the tastey burgers they made fromthe beginning. Read more

Been going here for years! Love their food ???? I recently ordered curbside pick-up for lunch on a work day. Got back to my... office and found that I had been given the wrong salad ???? I called and manager, male, was VERY kind, professional and promisedto make it right. I went back to restaurant after work to get my correct order and manager at that time, female, was just asgreat as the first. Great burgers, sandwiches, and unlimited refills on the fries! The drinks can be a little sugary, too sweet for some, but you... can always get a bit of water on the side. The indoor space was pretty big and spread apart, might need a few more tables inbetween to make it more intimate. The outdoor seating area sucks, it needs to be expanded and upgraded.... too small, toodusty, no decorations... way too bare bones. Seat inside whenever possible. Service is always good here. What a great experience! We visited cus we were craving bottomless steak frites but we were pleasantly surprised by the service... we received. Service was attentive - we were offered more drinks and more fries before we were finished the ones we had. I madea passing comment that my husband doesn't do well with cheese so we asked for no cheese on the burger. What really impressed uswas that we ordered garlic fries as a side and didn't know there was parmesan on it. When the server arrived with it, sheexplained that the chef took out the parmesan knowing that my husband is avoiding cheese. Great service! Read more

Awesome experience! Only 2 little issues: 1) we ordered boneless Buffalo wings and got bone in... and my chicken (on the... avo-cobb salad) was really rubbery... weird texture. Service was great though! Lauren was super friendly and accommodating forour group of 7. :) Read more

Honestly the burgers were great as you can see on the picture, it was clean and professional. The staff was slow because they... had only one person on the floor. Manager should put more than one person on the floor to not build a delay on service. Veggieburger was actually tasty and well put together. Read more
