Online order. I ordered a BBQ chicken salad and asked for avocado. When I got to my hotel room, I realized there was no avocado.... There were also no utensils and no napkins. Delicious! Restaurant quality food with amazing service in a fast food atmosphere! Hands down one of the best burgers I've had... and all the fun stuff they have to add like peppers, Ketchup, ranch, A1! Not to mention the drinks! Ordered a few Southwest bbq chicken salads, burgers, onion rings etc. On one of the southwest chicken salads the put a few tiny... pieces of chicken as you can see. If I would?ve known they don?t put chicken on their salads but yet charge I would?ve ordered aside salad !!!! Horrible ugh Read more

Normally my experience?s here are great. Unfortunately this day was kind of a let down. I never order chicken from here but I... switched it up. My first bite into the sand which was fine but when I took the second bite I realized the chicken was tough. Ilooked at the end I had just bitten from and it was pink. The Habit is the Habit. This location reminds me of the service you get at chic-A filet. Polite. Friendly. Prompt. Damn... good chared burgers that are always fresh. Sodas are always fizzy and I've never experienced a flat drink there. I wish thefries were crispy all the time. Sometimes the fries have been sitting a while, and need to be tossed or cooked again.
