I had a very delicious and filling bowl of oatmeal. After 3 weeks of rehab facility food, this was a happy moment. Lovely... combination of fruits, spices and quality!!! Oatmeal. Much appreciated and highly recommended if you?ve been on the ?inside? forawhile! There are some concerns noted about prices. I?ve been abroad for 22 years so everything seems expensive! I wonder ifPanera might consider allocating some of its profits from this location ( I imagine it is a very profitable location) to WMCcharities. Read more

Poor customer service. I mean the two Latinos in the front desk were courteous, but they failed not giving me a purchase... receipt. They have to ask if the customer wants a receipt. The white woman bringing the food always act as a machine, not as ahuman being. Come on, guys! You?ve been doing badly for long time. It seems that the store supervisor isn?t not doing his or herjob. Come on guys, give me a break. A lot of people out there needing a job and you aren?t value yours. Finally, Panera store inthis hospital needs competency, to show them how to offer a food service at high value. Read more

Ronald is the best! His customer service is unmatched. He remembered my name and acknowledges me each time he sees me!

I've enjoyed Panera Bread's coffee, flavorful salads and sandwiches and its uniqueness for many years, although lately their... prices are rising faster than they should be. Read more

Very poor service. Also they never bring the utensils. You have to ask for them.

This smoothie is not 16oz as you advertised. I talked with your manager and all she would say is that you only sell one size.... She could not understand that what was served was not 16oz as advertised. Additionally, not allowing for a refill of coffee andforcing customers to purchase more cups is a waste of resources on your end and on the environment. Furthermore, it aims togreater the profit your company rather than genuinely looking out for the consumers? interest. If you truly promoteenvironmentally friendly practices and look out for the customers? interests, you would allow for refills and not cheat thecustomer through false advertising. Please contact me for further information. Read more

I got the sausage and pepperoni flatbread pizza. It tastes very good. The crust could have been baked a little bit longer. It's... a large amount enough for two people. Read more
