Have always enjoyed Chevys when I discovered them years ago at their flagship restaurant in Northern CA. There have fantastic... margaritas and well as tons of other cocktails. Their table side guacamole is excellent. The handmade the tortillas fresh toorder. It is some of the best tortilla chips in the industry. The salsa is unique and flavorful. The fajitas is their signaturedish. They are fresh mex with style. They have all evening happy hours. The setting is bright and colorful with a fun ambiance.Service at times can be inconsistent but the food makes up for it. Had a great meal tonight at the Vallejo CA location. Read more
We enjoyed our meal here very much as we were traveling through the area. The restaurant was short staffed, and we had to wait... about 20 minutes for limited seating, but we were not disappointed with the food. Service was fairly good and friendly. The fishtacos were good (not fantastic), but the vegetarian farmers market enchiladas were pretty amazing. The food portions were fairlylarge, and well presented. Also, prices were reasonable, and they have tons of cheap happy hour food and drink options. I wouldrecommend it to others as a good option for Tex-mex food at good prices. Read more
It feels like Chevys is coming back with Good ambience and great service. I went for dinner and drinks on a Thursday night, and... we we’re greeted with friendly attitude and our Server Carolina, was very attentive to our needs. She kept doing her rounds tomake sure we were taken care of refills and etc. Will definitely come back again. Read more
This is a place me and my family enjoy for a night out to eat and some drinks. Waitress Fabiola is the best waitress we always... want her when she is working. Food always delicious. Appetizers flautas and also table side guac are a must. Read more
2pm on a beautiful sunday afternoon! What a Joke! Not sure what is going on but the restaurant is only 1/3 full and you have to... wait 45 minutes because they claim to be under staffed...WHY!!! we went from not being able to eat at restaurants to now notbeing able to find people that want to work. I will update review after we are done! Food was great, service was very goodalthough I wouldn't be surprised if waitress doesn't quit the next day lol she seemed overwhelmed as there were what looked likeonly two maybe three waiters. They have big place but shortage of staff and they keep most tables empty. But once you get sitted, service was quick and food... was good. Good vegetarian Burrito with unlimited Chips and Salsa. Read more
