They close off orders for people IN store in favor of future online purchases. Pretty insulting to stand in line for 15 minutes... then being told no you can't order the food that is quite literally in front of my face. You can however whip out your phone andplace the online order. Makes no sense to push away the in-store customers. Read more
Just finished a bike ride, and needed some lunch. Was happy to see there was a Chipotle here. I had a chicken burrito with... kidney beans, sour cream, lettuce and salsa. It was good. Minus one star because it was real hot inside, probably because thebuilding appears to be under construction, and there was no ceiling or insulation. I always order the same thing on the app, and every time they mess it up. I ask for extra beans extra rice and double meat and I... get bowls that are barely half full. Anytime I try to talk to the employees to correct it they have horrible attitudes.
