I always order the same thing on the app, and every time they mess it up. I ask for extra beans extra rice and double meat and I... get bowls that are barely half full. Anytime I try to talk to the employees to correct it they have horrible attitudes. If Ididn't pay for extras I wouldn't be upset, but the fact I always go out of my way to pay for the extra portion and STILL don'tget it is what makes me mad. Read more

They close off orders for people IN store in favor of future online purchases. Pretty insulting to stand in line for 15 minutes... then being told no you can't order the food that is quite literally in front of my face. You can however whip out your phone andplace the online order. Makes no sense to push away the in-store customers. Read more

Just finished a bike ride, and needed some lunch. Was happy to see there was a Chipotle here. I had a chicken burrito with... kidney beans, sour cream, lettuce and salsa. It was good. Minus one star because it was real hot inside, probably because thebuilding appears to be under construction, and there was no ceiling or insulation. So I ordered food on door dash, my food had a horrible taste it was such a bad taste, salty rice and chicken was burn, so I... decided to go straight to the restaurant to replace the food but the white skinny lady working on the cashier machine, was sorude. Meh. I do like their burritos but at this location there a bunch of strange things happening. The last time I was there with my... kids and the place looked crazy messy, like they had just gotten thru a busy part of the day. I probably should have been lessannoyed at having to wait for the cashier to emerge but it seemed like people were screwing around. But looking back theyprobably were taking a breather. And the guy gave me all our food for free which kinda defused the situation and completelycaught me off guard. 3 stars because some of the people working over food looked like they hadn?t bathed. I didn?t even know chipotle could be nasty. Every time I order from here, the quality gets worse. I ordered from DoorDash trying... not to spread Covid and the food was just terrible. The lettuce they put on top wasn?t the original lettuce that?s served, lookslike the my opened a bag of iceberg lettuce from the grocery story and spilled it on top.
