Terrible customer service! I placed an online order for an ice cream cake and it was canceled 1 hour before delivery claiming... that the store was closed even though it was 3pm during their open hours. Despite the cancelation, they still charged me for thecake. When I called to have the money refunded I was told that the manager wasn't at the store and only he could access pastorders. The girl who was on the line took down my info to forward it to him. I waited a day and never received a follow-up callso I called back again. I called on 4 different occasions throughout the day and no one picked up! This is the worst cold stone I?ve been to. The customer service is horrible and when we were over charged for items we did not... order, I asked for it to be corrected and the girl at the register actually looked at another worker and said in front of us.?I?m just going to quit right now, I don?t even want to deal with this? No customer service at night. They didn't smile nor thank their customers. One of the staffs had to redo my order and still made... it wrong, their new flavor of banana bread batter. She kept using French vanilla ice cream instead of banana bread flavor icecream. She also didn't take the time to mix in all the ingredients for Founder's Favorite. Read more

Forced into tipping by the counter credit card machine and employee saying it. This guilty tipping has gotten out of hand.... Please just pay your employees higher and if we want to tip, we have the jar. Read more
