Had wife's birthday breakfast here and since it was early there were few diners here which made service better
We were seated and after we had drinks and our order was taken no one came to check up on us for 30mins we had no napkins and... our food took 30 plus minutes even though everyone had left. Our food finally arrived and the burger was cold, the hash brownswere cold from the middle the bacon was not well cooked and the ham was hard. The skillet was described with bell peppers andmushrooms you were not able to see any of the veggies at all. Not worth the amount i was charged for any of this foods. We came in around 7 pm, there was 10 of us. They were able to seat us all together. Our waitress was amazing! Very friendly and... attentive. Our food wasn?t that great, most of our dishes didn?t taste very good. But the atmosphere was nice, waitress wentabove and beyond! Read more
What a massive disappointment! Got my birthday reward coupon on the Dennys App, but the coupon would not load, and the "online"... order option would not work! Waitress tried to help, but the coupon can't be selected. Manager never even csmr out of theoffice. They just said no! Also, ordered the French toast with bacon they brought out pancakes with sausage (see picks). I tipedthe waitress and left. Read more
As a previous restaurant manager for a franchise Danny's firm over 11 years and customer service representative in high quality... 5 star food industry over 19 years, believe me I know good service and bad service and in all ranks this location was one of theworst by far I'm sure it was a franchise the manager Jose and Server Enrique where extremely rude it was two in our party and weonly got cilverwhere for one no refill on coffee and when we asked we were asked if we could wait for it to be done gettingmade, but with a rude and frustrated attitude from Server we had to ask for every condiment needed and took for ever to receivewhen I complained the manager said he would call the cops cus that was the kind service they provided in his facility.Ultimately and reluctantly he gave 20% off. We went there around 5pm. We were the only customers there. Staffs were friendly. We did have to wait for our food but it was... worth it. The food was delicious. I never ate so fast in my life. The place was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Therestaurant is spacious but maybe due to Covid they are slow in business. There was only two workers and one cook. I hope thingspick up for them. I definitely will come back if I am in the area. Read more
Went to have branch with my boyfriend before go to church. It's really nice place, friendly service, fresh food, also has good... view. There's hot chocolate always my favorite drink( if ignore calories lol) l got burger, and my boyfriend got sandwich, ittook some time to wait, but means they are really cooking it. The sandwich was really crispy and fresh, you can tell they justdid it for you. And the size is more than enough for one person to eat lol, so we share the sandwich and took burger to go. Allin all, it's a relaxing place to hangout, especially if you want to eat breakfast as dinner, or dinner as breakfast. Read more
Walked in and was greeted and seated. After I was seated, I waited for 10 minutes, and no one came to take my order. I asked for... a server or a waitress and was told they were busy... sad to say that the place was nearly empty. The cashier walked by 3 timesand didn't even bother to take my drink order or offer anything to drink, got tired of waiting at my table, got up and left.Definitely won't come back. Read more
