The overnight manager wouldn't tell me her name after she refused me service. Dining room was closed, kitchen crew told me to... walk around, lady was rude and dismissive even though I informed her i was in an 18wheeler and had no car for drive thru.Someone must be held accountable for blatantly refusing service to a hungry, tired truck driver. Ordered a large coke. Took 13 min guy had our drink just sitting here wouldn't give it until he took all the other orders.
Got order wrong. But ok, couldn't hear to get it correct. Regular tea was the horrible fuse stuff, not brewed. Coke fine.
Staff had my son???? and I???? in tears cuz we were laughing so hard because of they way they dealt with a "Karen" of a customer... that couldn't be more wrong about the situation and the nerve to have the "I'm right" attitude when she totally wasn't ! Read more

For some reason this location seems to think they can make up their own dining room hours outside of what is posted on the door.... We arrived at 1:30 to find the doors locked and no sign anywhere saying the dining room is closed. The posted sign says thedining room is 6am-10pm. Another customer let us in (don't know how she got in) and the workers complained about us in Spanishassuming (since we're white) we don't understand. Read more
