The final straw with this place. I had under cooked chicken, the pink lemonade was nothing but syrup and water. Literally just... strawberry syrup and water the gravy abnormally watery. Never again will I return to this one location. Read more
First off, if I could give zero stars, I would because they deserve it for their service. Second, if you're trying to grab a... quick meal, this is NOT the place to be!!! When we pulled up in the drive-thru, there were ZERO cars in line. We ordered a rootbeer float (tasted awesome, kudos for that, so here's their 1 star.) and medium onion rings. Paid for our order, was given ourroot beer float but was told to go park in front of the restaurant and wait for our onion rings. Thought it was going to bequick, but NOPE, it wasn't. As we were sitting there, we noticed that ALL the vehicles coming through the drive-thru were alsoparking and waiting. Before we parked, the spaces up front were already taken by cars, so ALL these cars were also waiting ontheir food. After 15 mins, we got our onion rings...let's just say that was a waste of time!!!!! Mind you, we ordered MEDIUMonion rings, it was HOT (fresh, great) but we had maybe 3 rings and 5 broken pieces. Food was really greasy today. Was good but sloppy.AND no napkins. Very little gravy w the smashed potatoes . Biscuit was just... ok. Very big thigh piece. Can't lose w AnW rootbeer!! Read more
I went through the drive-thru, no problem there. The problem was with the food. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in fish... grease that had a salt and bone explosion in it, I ordered a extra biscuit (what did I do that for) it was cold and hard as arock, and the soda had no flavor what-so- ever. I wondered if they changed the original recipe cause the chicken was crunchy. Not the KfC I know and always enjoyed. Read more
They were sorta fast, food was good, but the slow people.... Slow in bringing the food to the car despite the fact we watched... every slow agonizing step to us as we waited. ????. The send off wasn't exactly upbeat. Thank you and have a nice day wasn'tsaid directly to us, it was slowly articulated as she turned away from us to go back in. I hope she was only having a bad day. Did A and W Kentucky fried. Had to wait which was fine as kids have specific things on food. Waited, got home hamburgers had... everything on them despite specifics even listed on receipt, bun was put on inside out, and person taking order while great withspecifics of order really made you feel like she hated being there doing the job. Food was fresh and hot, and wait wasnt long,just disappointed with errors. Read more
The drive thru teller was very rude and very angry, we just ask to verify the price on the screen and the tone of her voice was... already very loud and irritated. It seems like she is rushing us while we were the only customer in the whole store and drivethru. While we waited we asked for plates and the lady who handed it to us said No with an irritated voice and tone again sameas the lady at the drive thru window. Just to remind the management we are still paying customers. We are not asking for freefood. Please make sure your employees knows how to smile, be courteous and know customer service. We would NEVER come back. Verybad experience. If your employees don't like their work, tell them to find another job. We were very positive with pur day andexcited to eat. Haven't had much luck there over the years but found myself giving it another chance as a family member wanted kfc..the employee... at the drive thru was lacking the finesse needed to successfully deal with the public on the speaker and at the window,when Inotice things like this I double check my order..and yep, it wasn't right and as the lobby is still closed except to door dashand I didn't want to find out what ms.charming might do to make things worst we took the order home and added the missingcondiments...to be fair the chicken was good...
