I gave them 4 across-the-board because we did come in late in the evening and and they were short on staff there was hardly... anybody in the restaurant but I felt like we waited a little too long for food for refills considering there was no one there. Other than that I was glad the environment was calm, and quiet so you have to take a little bit to get a little bit. Overall, awonderful experience! Staff was courteous especially managers I was glad that they didn't turn us away considering it was abouta 1/2 an hour before closing when we arrived. My server was great and very polite but the steak I ordered medium was dry and over cooked as were the breadsticks and the... condensation on a glass ended up causing it to slip off the table and break since it had no coaster and one of the other workershad the nerve to loudly exclaim "what did you do?" As if it's my fault I didn't have a coaster or that the table wasn't level. Read more

Very tasty food, had spaghetti carbonara really tasty (they add red pepper, which i personally was not fond of, and picked them... out). Both soups and salad tasted great and portions are generous. Service was awesome and fast, all staff we interacted withfriendly and welcoming. I was not a fan of a music that was playing both times on my two recent visits. 5 stars as my negativesare based on what i personally like, i am sure others will enjoy. Read more

For lunch, I had shrimp scampi sautéed in a garlic sauce, tossed with asparagus, tomatoes, and angel hair pasta. It was... delicious and paired perfectly with the salad and breadsticks. The staff was great. Our waitress Keona was very attentive.Although she had a large party to look after in another section, she ensured we had everything we needed and continued to checkin on us. Even the manager Hector was friendly and also checked on us several times to make sure our dining experience wasexceptional. You can definitely tell they train the team to focus on customer service. I will definitely be back. Otherrestaurants need to check the Olive Garden playbook on how to treat customers when you are short on staff. Although they werefull, you never felt ignored or rushed. You can have a fantastic meal but if you recieve poor service you will remember the badservice over the meal. I know many resturant are short on staff but patience and being kind is key. Fantastic service. Great and very timely food. Worth an hour wait for great taste and service. Very kids friendly. Great price... and awesome drinks. Four different staff, checked to make sure we are taken care of and service was good. Great job and wellmaintain for COVID and safety. Shrimp alferado was fantastic so as the salad. The only restaurant that has real Mac & cheese forthe kids. Loved every single spoon and finished the fresh fries. Read more
