I should've listened to the tell tale signs not to order as soon as I walked the building. The coworkers all looked hella... sketchy like they all came from El Sobrante (local joke), but in all honesty the customer service wasn't there. I askedspecifically if they had garlic bread and one of the cooks replied we have one, it's not even remotely close they gave me asmall cheese pizza that wasn't even cooked all the way, the dough was squishy and the cheese was white as paper!! Ordered a pizza at 6:15pm. Lost order. Burn my new pizza. 3rd time it's good. Waited for someone to get me a coupon are... something never showed up. Lack of communication I guess. Left after sitting for almost a hour at 7:50pm. I'm probably not goingback anymore. Read more
Ordered pizza to go over the phone, got to the store and paid right away then waited outside in my car. After waiting 40 minutes... (was told 20-25 minutes) I went back into the store to check on it. I was then told (very rudely) it would take 5 more minutesand that they?d bring it out when it was done. The pizza was brought out to my car 10 minutes later and was burnt! They lied and said they came to my house knocked on door and called my phone for delivery. Then decided to give my pre paid... pizza to (their words) a little black boy..... when I called asking were my pizza was they got an attitude and wouldn?t refundmy money, I had to go through my bank to dispute. They came up with so many lies over a $23 pizza. It was my first time everordering and they said they delivered to me multiple times. I order from them all the time and the pizza is decent. Normally they are friendly when I call but clearly someone had bad... day. Recently the man answer the phone was rude hung up in my face in which I decided to cancel my order in fear that I mightget something on my pizza after complaining about the rudeness. I love Pacifica pizza- when it's good, its so good. But tonight, I received an undercooked pizza and cheesebread. I knew I... shouldn't have taken the pizza when I saw the cook leaned over hitting his vape pen for all customers to see. He definitely iscomplacent and doesn't care at all to create quality food.
