Fantastic experience. I asked for fresh chicken before my order was put together and everything came out great.
Of course there's no way to give less then 5 starts on food taste. But stuff some times...... I will said when customer arrives... shut be attended soon. To be honest I was craving Pollo Loco for a while. Sadly it was missing all the components of a good meal. The chicken was very... dry; it was on the verge of being chicken jerky. The rice too was dry, I had a few bites of the rice and that it was dry enoughto notice it sat uncovered for a good while. The mac and cheese was lumpy and lacked flavor.
