Fantastic experience. I asked for fresh chicken before my order was put together and everything came out great.
Of course there's no way to give less then 5 starts on food taste. But stuff some times...... I will said when customer arrives... shut be attended soon. I bought the chicken chipotle avocado burrito. It was large in size which was nice however it was way too hot.. like tobasco... hot. There was way more rice with beans than chicken with a few avocado slices. Felt like I was eating a rice burrito. I give ita 2 1/2 Stars. Maybe others like the chili hot taste more than me? Read more

To be honest I was craving Pollo Loco for a while. Sadly it was missing all the components of a good meal. The chicken was very... dry; it was on the verge of being chicken jerky. The rice too was dry, I had a few bites of the rice and that it was dry enoughto notice it sat uncovered for a good while. The mac and cheese was lumpy and lacked flavor. Overall not a good diningexperience. I doubt I'll stop here again. Read more
