It'll never be the same again, and this is PRE-Covid. The atmosphere was way different 3-4 years ago when they still promoted a... wifi -friendly atmosphere. Things quickly dulled after that and then with covid hitting, it's just a not-so-convenientneighborhood coffee shop. However, the manager has always been super professional and the staff knowledgeable and friendly, so Iguess it really just depends on what you're looking for. I still go there, but it has dropped from 2-3 times a week to onceevery month or so. Read more

Went there today and asked for a venti blonde vanilla latte and the lady says there?s no such thing and we weren?t naming a... drink, very rude and kept all she could do was put an espresso over Ice. So we ordered instead a venti cappuccino and When weopened it it wasn?t even full and almost all of it was milk foam. 5 dollars for that drink and rude service. Read more

This is the only Starbucks that is close to my house, for some reason when I order my White Chocolate Mocha - it is always bland... (warm milk) and I have to tell them to add extra flavoring. I hate that they close at 7 and the drive thru takes forever. Iwish they could do better, because I love Starbucks. Read more

When I come to this Starbucks I usually go to the drive through to save time. But it?s actually a very nice location. They have... a nice outdoor section where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee or meal. Today I went to the drive though like I normally dobut Jazzy, the person who took my order today made my visit 100% better. Usually people taking orders at the drive through aretired and not really motivated with the attitude that they just want to go home, but Jazzy made me feel welcome even though itwas just the drive through. She had a great attitude, she acted like she actually liked her job and what she was doing. Jazzy?sgreat energy actually made my day and I left that drive through with a smile on my face. Her great customer service actuallymade me park my car and go inside just so I could get her name to leave a good review. Starbucks is doing something right byhiring people like Jazzy and I hope they bring more people like her in. Read more
