I always have a great experience at Casey's in Valley NE! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. And the pizza is so tasty.... The only thing that I would like to add is please have more sausage slices available. Read more
VERY rude and unprofessional. I will not visit that or any other caseys store again!! Debbie was snotty and condescending to not... only me but other customers as well. Someone like her should never be allowed to interact with customers. We ordered pizza from there & were told 30-35 minutes until it's done. When we went to pick it up, they seemed confused & said... it would be another 45 minutes because they were doing a 16 pizza order. We said that they said it would be 35 minutes tops.They kept insisting we misheard & were wrong, rather than admitting their mistake & apologize. They were very unprofessional &didn't seem to understand the service industry. Read more
