A very odd experience. Luckily we were able to go right up to the front to be seated. An older Asian man came near us and just... walked away. Then as he walked down the aisle about to enter the restaurant he looked back at us with a look wondering why weweren't following him. My bestie and I looked at one another bewildered wondering why he never said anything about being seated? Then once seated he just put down some menus and silverware without a word. When the server came to take our order I was tryingto be humorous without any human response. The food wasn't too bad but the prices were insane for the flavors delivered. Thisrestaurant definitely needs to reevaluate their service because the food alone surely won't save the business. Read more

Service was horrible. We got seated quickly for it being busy but the server ignored us and took several other tables orders who... came in after us before finally getting our order. The food gets to your table quickly but has no flavor/seasoning so you needto drown your dish in soy sauce and Sriracha. Good luck getting any servers attention after you get your food. We didn't get anydrink refills and we had to wait for 20 minutes after asking to get our check. Save your money and get panda express instead. Read more

The service was extremely slow, multiple tables that sat down after us got their food. My girlfriend wanted a small bowl of soup... but the only soup available was $24. My girlfriend decided not to order and wait to get something else Read more

I'm so disappointed because I really enjoy the delicious food here. I have been here several times and each time I bight my... tongue or ignore the awful service I receive. Today I actually walked out after waiting for over 40 minutes. They sat us in abooth and kept breezing past us every time ignoring us until I had to wave the older gentleman down. He rudely asked if we wereready as if he was waiting on us to make up our minds and made us feel like we were taking up his time. Didn't ask if we wanteddrinks, wrote our order down and disappeared to the front. We noticed that our food was taking way too long. Again we keptgetting ignored. A couple walked in and were seated across from us. Literally 10 minutes later they get their food while we arestill being ignored and so I decide to wave down the waitress and aske her about our food and instead of going to the kitchen toinvestigate, she continued serving other people's drinks. That's when I got up and decided to leave. They probably didn't evennotice or care. Unacceptable! If I could leave a zero I would! I went to Rita's Cantina instead and enjoyed a deliciousMargarita and shrimp enchiladas. I tipped my server way over 35% because she was well deserving of that tip. ???? Read more

I have eaten here multiple times. Every time i have noticed that another table has gotten served before me . Usually every time... the other table has been of Asian descent. The food is good however the service is terrible. When asked why another table wasserved before us the waiter didn?t know wat to say and when taking out order seemed upset and was rude. After paying we stillwere hounded for the tip. We left 18%. We left a tip but not good enough Tip for Wally . Over all the food is good but it?sunfortunate the service just ruins your time and makes u want to leave and not gamble in the casino because your so upset. Read more

The wait to get seated tool a little bit longer than it should have been. Plenty of employees and a lot of open seating.... Service was pretty mediocre and they were out of a few menu items. Food was alright. Read more

The food at the restaurant is decent, however customer service was trash. Server an older Asian gentleman brought over the menus... and tossed it at our table. That was after I stood in front of them for about 15 minutes then had to wave to get his attention.Even though the restaurant was not busy. he brought over cups With water in it however he held it from the tops of the cups withhis white palm over it. That was disgusting and made me want to walk out. And the only reason I know the food is decent isbecause I ate there once before and had an OK customer service experience. He needs to quite his job!!!! Period don?t go here ifu like decent service Read more

Came in with a group of 3 adults one kid and one toddler. We were first in line at 11am on a overcasted Monday morning. Pricing... is fair. Pricing at any entertainment establishment is a little on the higher side so it definitely not surprised by that. Thatbeing said, I didn?t pay for dinner, I was invited. Now for the food itself. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations when it comesto casino eats. We ordered the house fried rice, orange chicken, house lo mein, sweet and sour pork, and some dumplings. Theorder took a while. Wait time is definitely an issue but the server did keep apologizing. They also had a huge line of people onthe ?to-go? side. I remember checking the time and it had already been 11:50am and still no food on the table. When the food didarrive, it was great. The house fried rice had a really clean taste with every bite of chicken, shrimp, and beef acting as tinyexplosions of taste. It wasn?t heavy on the fry process and that?s much appreciated. The sauces used on all the dishes were verydelicious. Orange chicken had the right amount of crunch, didn?t leave any room to desire anything more. The zest was superiorto any other OC I?ve had in other Chinese food establishments. The Lo mein noodles were thick enough to have a satisfying slurp. The sweet and sour pork were exactly just that - sweet & sour, and they had a lot of excess sauce that you could use to latheron top of the clean fried rice. Overall, food was great, time was wasted, money was exchanged. Read more
