Staff is nice but I think they are severely understaffed, every time I walked past this place there was a long line. Even at... 2-3am there were people waiting. They seem to only have 3-4 people working at a time and it?s not enough. Just waited 45 minto place an order cause it?s the only grab and go coffee option in the building as far as I can tell. When I go to Starbucks, which isn't often, I order a Frappe of some sort. My biggest knock on them is that they always taste... the same whatever flavor I get. I was pleasantly surprised with their new apple spice series. It wasn't on the menu, but theymade me an apple spice frappe...and it actually tasted like apples. We also got the apple crisp oatmilk macchiato...not as goodas the custom made frappe but still decent. The staff was great and could have just said the drink I wanted wasn't on the menu,but they put in the extra effort even though they were busy. Read more

Seriously this SB needs to shutdown. The guy can't even follow instructions, I clearly had to repeat it and still didn't do what... I requested for my drink. There's a need to be retraining and customer service training. Read more

Waited almost 30 minutes for 1 drink last night and we were the only ones in there. Their excuse was they lost the drink. And... when we did get it, it was the worst frap ice ever tasted way too strong. It was like expresso strong x2. Rude employees. Badfor business. Read more

It's nice to have the convenience of good coffee inside the Resort, but in the mornings the service is beyond slow. The staff... seems overwhelmed, disorganized and frantic. At times there are as many as 6 people behind the counter, yet the line stretchesall the way into the Casino floor. Read more

this coffeehouse deserves this evaluation, so I did not when I did not play roulette and just stopped by to take coffee here,... when I wanted to pay for my coffe they told me to check my passport, I was surprised, showed them the photo of my driverlicense, but they said that it was necessary only a physical passport and there are no other ways. (I had to go far to the carfor my document and 5 minutes before closing to run to my coffee) So, dear leaders of this place, I think you deserve thatassessment! since the way to coffee you have one score is mine is also one !!!
