Came down from Oceanside just to be denied entry to the buffet. Had to be a "premium" player member to eat at this buffet. The... website said nothing about this. Would have saved me time and gas. Better off going somewhere else. It's a shame it lookedgood. After reading some of the 1 star review responds, it seems like the "manager" doesn't care about these reviews. First andlast time I ever step into this Casino. Better off going to Harrahs, Pechanga or Pauma. Read more
Such a shame only giving this buffet three stars, but I have to. If this was the old style where you got to go and pick your... items yourself, that would be better. Now you have to order from your table and wait for them to bring the 4 items they limityou to, which can sometimes take 20-30 minutes between each plate. Not mentioning the outrageous lines that form, resulting in2-3 hour waits for eating. And even despite that, the food quality has gone down. I have been eating at this buffet on and offfor the last 5 years, and it has gone down. Gone is the pot roast, the Carne asada, the chicken pamersean, and other great itemsthat used to be here. The fried chicken used to be amazing, but they seemed to have changed their recipe lately and is not nearas good as before. And my favorite part, the end cut prime rib, has been really lacking flavor and the quality of the meat seemsto have gone down as well. It's a shame since the amount of desserts and food is still large and decent for the price, but thequality of food and the time to get it really takes away from the experience. Horrible customer service. We showed up 15 min after they opened and was given a pager. We waited almost 2 hours and we asked... the hostess again and we were told it was a 3 hour wait. We wanted to stand in line and were told it would still be 2 morehours. This is the worst customer service I have ever had ar a restaurant. The hostess barely spoke English and did notunderstand when we were trying to explain we had already been there waiting. Finally a manager came by and I told him thesituation and he did not seem to care. Been here many times for the lobster buffet. Whenever I dined here the line is not too long. I remember not wanting to eat the... lobster as I preferred crab legs instead. The lobster tails do look a bit small and I remember once when i did not like thetaste. The crab legs on the other hand is cut open for you and more desirable for me. The selection of food is good but nothinggreat. Also, not too many choices on the hand carved meats. When i was there last, They were serving Prime Rib and sausage. Possibly it's the timing and they were getting more meat. Now, our server, meh, I've had much better. He barely came around andour plates were stacking up. When I asked for something from him he had a funny stare. If you're in the area give them a try.For me, I'd go elsewhere. Read more

Drove over an hour to go to the buffet, just to arrive (hungry) and be told it was a 2.5 hour wait. Finally got in to find out... it is not a "buffet" at all. You're given a small menu and you can choose 4 items at a time, and wait for it to brought to you.Although they have crab, lobster, and prime rib.. most of the food is not fresh and not flavorful. For $49 a person PLUS amandatory $7 tip per person.. we will not be returning. Read more
