I'm new to Valley Center Ks and this was my first time eating at the Subway here. It was very good and fresh and the 2 guys... there were very friendly. Keep it up????????????. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you are welcomed by a friendly staff who are just eager to make your food with a smile.... It?s truly an honor to have such a wonderful manager walk you through the awesome process that is sandwich making. These peopleare the best. They definitely made my day. I ordered a cold cut combo sandwich on 6/15/20. I had to ask 3 times for more toppings. I am not exaggerating when I say he put... 5 onion straws on a foot long and 7 spinach leafs! The ABSOLUTE WORST!!! You feel like a beggar when you go in there!!! NEVERwill I eat there again... just not worth having to beg for your toppings! Read more
This use to be a great place to get a quick sandwich. The new boys and yes they are boys are the slowest sandwich I've EVER... seen. It is painful to watch them work. They act as if you are killing them to ask them for anything! I tried giving themmultiple chances in the last month. It has never improved. Each time the sandwich prep area was disgusting and dirty. You askfor certain items and supposedly they are out. Then they move with ZERO purpose. Are in absolutely NO HURRY at all. It isabsolutely ridiculous. Read more
The girl working first weighed the meat for my sandwich on a filthy scale and then dumped the spilled meat onto my sandwich and... then scraped the knife she was using to cut the other sandwich I ordered on the edge of the counter "just in case there wasanything on it".... shouldn't it be a clean knife to begin with? Not the first time this place has been horrible in service andnow apparently their cleanliness. Incredible she didn't even seem phased. Read more
By far the worst Subway I've ever been to, and Ive been to a lot of them. I had an absolutely disgusting experience there today... and I'm praying I don't get sick from it. I've never seen a stingier Subway either. Read more
I live in Valley Center Ks so we frequent this location often. They are usual out of cookies by 7 pm. Typically out of several... types of breads and at least one meat. Tonight i ordered soup with mine and literally got 1/2 a bowl! Went up and was told hermanager said only half the bowl (2 scoops) is filled for the 2 dollars. I am pissed and will call the district manager tomorrow.And im not a complainer but this is ridiculous! I have a picture in which i will send to the district manager! Read more
Best Subway on the block after the old Walmart one got shut down. The manager from that store took this one over in late summer.
