We held my daughter?s 12th birthday party here earlier this month and I was super impressed. First, the bowling alley has been... completely remodeled since our last visit! The lanes were ready, they were welcoming and made it so easy to host almost 20 sixthgraders. The food we ordered was set up on a great buffet with warmers right behind our lanes and was delivered at the exacttime they committed to. Sodas were promptly refilled, stuck bowling balls promptly retrieved, and the kids had a great time! Ihighly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an easy and fun way to throw a party! Looks pretty but is very outdated. We had a party that used 4 lanes and you have to use a card to open them.. after everyone had... payed we were told we still have 10 games to pay for. We double then triple checked everyone to make sure they paid we missedone kid that we fixed and paid for. It was absolutely embarrassing to stand up there arguing because I didn?t want to pay $90when it had already been paid. They have no way of checking people off when they have already paid so if you ask them who havenot paid, they just say they don?t know. Just a side note the food was not good other then the quesadilla. DEBBIE at the bar wasabsolutely wonderful not one drink was messed up and she was so very kind unlike anyone working the front. This place is awesome! However tonight got the manager was really rude to me personally. He talked to me like a child and I... didn?t really appreciate it. Just visited for the first time, and I want to say upfront that if you come here ONLY to bowl, then it?s maybe worth a 3 star... rating. However, if, like my husband and I, you saw the website and thought you?d be walking into an upscale, well-cared forbowling alley and arcade for your second date night away from home since your baby was born, well, you?d be wrong. This place isNOTHING like the website, so much so that it made us laugh when we walked in, and I actually thought we made a mistake thinkingthe Bowlero online was this one, but I?ve checked 3 times now, and this actually is the bowling alley listed on bowlero.com (outof paranoia before posting this review, I checked my receipts because I?m still in a bit of disbelief?they say Bowlero andBrunswick Zone). It?s mostly an old, rundown bowling alley with a new bar (the bar literally looks like it was pulled fromsomewhere else). I should have taken more photos, but I didn?t want to have my phone out while my hubby and I were hanging outfor such a rare and special occasion. Don?t get me wrong, we made the best of it. We drove all the way there and only had a fewhours to have ourselves a fantastic night out, so we enjoyed ourselves in spite of all the surprises. We actually passed up TopGolf and Main Event to come here because it?s closer and the website made this place out to be just as nice. The arcade isteeny tiny and the games are mostly old and not receiving proper maintenance. Two skeeball machines, only one worked so we hadto take turns. Two basketball machines, one of which was making awful, distracting noises instead of playing the game soundslike the one next to it. The claw machines were the most tightly packed I?ve ever seen (I?ve loved claw machines since a veryyoung age, so I?ve used MANY), and the primary reason that bothered me was because this place is not stocking prizes for ticketredemption AT ALL. Have been going to this place for over two years now, always an enjoyable time. Management is considerate, staff is friendly,... helpful, and quick to serve. Bartender is wonderful with lots of great drinks to choose from. Personal favorite cocktail fromthe house cocktail menu is the Margarita, food is also very decent, my favorite is probably the burger or the flatbreads!
