Good food overall. But I ordered their apple turnovers and they fried their turnovers with the paper stuck on them still so I... was eating bits of wax paper. When I realized, I tried to call them to let them know not to sell the rest of their turnovers asthey had wax paper on them, but even though i tried calling twice, they won't answer. This is the worst Hardee's I have ever encountered. The customer service here is horrible. The women who work there will scream... at you when they don't hear through the broken speaker and then get offended when you try to repeat your order to them. Go to adifferent location do not visit this one it's not worth the hassle Read more
I don't normally write negative reviews. I ordered 1 western bacon cheeseburger, 1 onion ring 1 large sweet tea. The only thing... that was good was the tea. The sauce on the Burger was absolutely horrible it was absolutely horrible The Onion rings were allpretty much overcooked or I should say overfried. Last thing is there was more bacon and cheese on this burger than there wasof the burger. Good food at a relatively cheap price. Even cheaper with coupon. I ordered the baked chicken sandwich and with there permission... subbed hot honey sauce for Mayo. Chicken was very tender. Good Job! Read more
EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. For as slow as it was (with only other one car in front of me and no one inside the store), the food... should have at least been hot. The cold, cardboard-like curly fries added insult to injury after the dismal service I received.I barely received a grunt when I asked to upgrade to curly fries on my combo, or when I was given my receipt. The cashier(Donald) did not speak to me when he opened the window. I handed him the payment and gave another grunt. When the food was"ready" Donald literally shoved the bag out the window and into my face. I sat there for a second in shock and looked around fora store phone number on the window. He just stared at me like I had no business still being in the drive through. I didn't seethe car behind me, so I had no idea what his hurry was after I'd been kept waiting so long. Either they were left still waitingto give their order, or they left because they got tired of waiting or being grunted at as well. The whole experience wasgarbage. Read more
Still a good place to get a fast food burger and fries. Check the hours. Ours is only open until 7 pm now.
