Using a call center is a horrible idea if they aren?t going to communicate the correct wait times. I was told 15-20 min for 2... med pizzas & an order of breadsticks. We were 30 min away but figured that was ok. Walked in & was told 15-25 more minutes asthere was still an order ahead of us. So our order wasn?t even started! I told them the call center told me 15-20 min 30 minago. He said he has the wait time for carry out set as 1 hour. Well, the call center isn?t communicating that to customers!! After waiting an hour I called the store to check on my order because on the app it still said ?making? on the pizza tracker. A... man answered the phone and was pretty rude?wouldn?t check my order specifically and told me orders are going to take two hours?.TWO HOURS AND FORTY minutes after placing the order I call the customer service line and they told me the order was canceled atthe store. No one contacted me and told me this. The store itself isn?t answering the phone. This was probably the worstexperience with ordering food I?ve ever had to be completely honest. I am urging everyone to please pay attention to the reviewsbefore ordering. This experience was literally out of this world. Read more

I?m sure rocket scientists don?t work at Papa Johns, but they literally forgot to cut my pizza. Order from anywhere but here!

I ordered from location in Gravois Bluffs and the delivery man was the best delivery guy I have ever encountered. Informative,... went out of his way to close my fence behind me knowing I couldn't. We also had a great lconversation about this humid weatherand i f it's going to stop soon. If this were my company I would want more people like him. My order number was 0025 date8/20/22. 3:04pm. As if this place couldn?t get any worse?ordered a delivery order, they forgot my soda. Called back and while on the phone... noticed my large pizza looked extremely small so I decided to measure it. As you can see in the picture it was a medium pizzaeven though I paid for a large. Told the manager and she said they can remake it and I can pick it up. Told her that I paid fordelivery so you can have the driver deliver me the correct pizza with the 2 liter you forgot. She then hung up on me as I wasspeaking. Called them back, same manager answered, said ?oh I didn?t mean to hang up?. I told her that I need the correct pizzadelivered and she said she would not do that. I said refund my money and she refused. Called their customer service and filed acomplaint and getting my money back. It?s insane that you can be that under qualified to be a PAPA JOHNS MANAGER. Yeah, I?mlying about the size of my pizza just for fun. This lady needs to stay away from the work force. Read more

They completed my order in a timely fashion, were friendly when I walked in, and also went out of their way to do my pizza ?well... done? as ordered. Those last two points are not always common at other locations. No complaints! Read more

I ordered a pizza on 6/28. The tracker said approx 45 minutes. Then it said it was on its way. 20 minutes after it was supposed... to be on its way I called. The manager, Ashley, said that she only had two drivers. I waited another 20 minutes before Icanceled my order and asked for a refund. Ashley told me it would be 3-5 days before I got my refund. I called today which was10 days later to ask about my refund. I spoke with Ashley again and she implied she had already given me a refund and I should?check with my bank?. Two minutes later I got a notification from my credit card company showing that I had just received arefund. Why lie? Just say you forgot and apologize. She was very unprofessional and rude. I used to order from this location alot but not anymore. I understand people are short on staff but maybe let people know that it may be two hours before you get apizza and it also may be in the car for 40 minutes before it?s delivered to you so they can make a choice. My ordering experience was easy, but the delivery was not per its usual standard. Half the pizza, which was delivered just a few... minutes ago, was off the bread (shown in the attached picture). I called multiple times before getting a response. Was offered aquality guarantee, to redeem the same order in the future. Read more
