Second time this has happened. Out of large cups. They say they cannot discount the package meals but offer 10 cents at... window to give you a medium instead. I declined this time. In a pinch they offer vegan options! And I was in a pinch on a Sunday night. The drive thru was exceptionally long. It took... patience but after a 45 minute wait I was greeted with a very well organized team. Absolute S*** Hole. This building and location looks like it is ran by a slumlord. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed... of how they conduct business. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location. Staff is horrible all 2 of them. People thatrun establishments like this should be held accountable. I drive all the way back to this Taco Bell from the city because the one near me takes longer than the drive here and back. I... always get the friendliest service, the food is prepared better, my order is always accurate. Well worth the trip. Read more
We were here on 8/18/22 at 6:45pm. We had a good 8-10 minute wait in the drive thru but we had the BEST tacos at a Taco Bell in... many years. Meat was hot, shells were crisp, lettuce and cheese were perfect cold temperatures. To the crew working this shift -BRAVO & THANK YOU! Read more
Understaffed. Food was good but took well over 15 minutes to get food. Stopped by twice earlier in the week around 5pm and... tooth tines they were stuffed but not serving food since they were closing early. They are currently turning off all lights soat to appear closed. It's as if they don't actually want customers. Went to this Taco Bell drive up only. So I called them and told me this is the only way or the app. I can?t do the app. Well... they turned me away. In a time like this turning away customers not a good idea Taco Bell. If the store don?t have theemployees to open and operate close the doors for the day. That?s an idea for you Taco Bell. It?s not acceptable to turnanybody away that is willing to pay for your services. Or are the employees you have to lazy to do what they get paid for. So we went to this fine establishment tonight. FIRST off, same as other reviewers, they were out of large cups and offered us a... medium saying it was a $.10 difference. And was told they would place coupons in the bag for the inconvenience. Ok cool. SECONDoff, ordered a protein bowl and a mexican pizza. And they hand us the bag straight up and down so when we got home, as you cansee in the photo, it was a pile of taco moosh (plus no coupons, figured that one already). THIRD, So when we call we ask whobagged this, because this is ridiculous, and we were told to speak "nicely" to her and gave us the corporate number and hung up.Tried to call back and theyre screening the calls.
