This used to be my favorite place. I would be there AT LEAST once a day. Sometimes twice. Something happened quite a few months... ago and all the employees were gone and new ones there. Since then it has been HORRIBLE!! The last time I went, a couple ofmonths ago I sat for a good 40 mins. The girl at the window messed my order up multiple times (super simple order), then chargedfor me something they didn?t have. Knew they didn?t have it before running my card but ran it anyways and then said she?refunded it back to my card?, (that refund never showed up) and after all the time and re telling her my one drink ordermultiple times it was still messed up. Today after not going back since that last time, my girls really wanted cake pops and adrink. So I went and hoped for the best. Same girl at the window. Had to repeat my order multiple times, someone else got on theheadset to clarify and they STILL messed my drink up! My simple tea. A London fog tea latte. I add extra pumps of vanilla.That?s it. Nothing crazy. And they can?t even get that right. Another girl at the window said ?it definitely has the 10 pumps ofvanilla?. What a joke. Tasted like it had none. I couldn?t taste the tea either. Tastes like watered down milk. Got tossed assoon as I got home. I?m done with that place. I miss the old crew. They did it right all the time. They knew me, my husband andmy daughter. I love my local Star Bucks.. The staff is always super friendly and considerate; the products , food and beverage always hits... the spot and prices are family affordable, the location is super nice.. When I jingle my keys my fur babies know they aregetting Starbucks Puppacinos... Hoping this holiday season will be healthy for all in our community because personally we missour Starbucks Date Nights and Family Game Nights there. Consider outdoor heaters or area with pho fire area with sweet tinklelights for the outside patio area come fall.. ( if not already planned)..it would be a nice touch and place to read and dooutdoor games. ????????? Read more
Extremely busy at times. Somethings the drinks are spot on. I don't count on them being perfect everytime it's an inconsistent... Starbucks. The Baristas are nice, mostly, if not confused at times. If going inside to the newly remodeled store is...well, new.Though not sure its a better style than before. An acquired taste? No, the cushioned benches look inviting but are fairly firm.A few chairs with seatbacks so low certainly somebody will topple over. I don't live in their what's it matter? Glad corporatetired. Tara waited 5 minutes to greet me while 5-6 other employees were working. When she finally asked for my order, it was a huge... inconvenience and then she told me it would be 8-10 minutes incase I wanted to go elsewhere. My order of 4 drinks was completelymessed up. Starbucks is going to be get slammed but prioritize paying customers & take a moment from worrying about bananabread. I go to the Angels Camp location more often because they?re friendly and acknowledge you. Read more
