The corned beef was really good, service was fast even with drive thru packed. Inside dining was smooth.
I visited arby?s on dixie highway last night, 7/12/22 around 9pm. i got home, started eating, looked down and there is mold all... over the bun? so disgusted i didn?t even eat my food, so i saved it in a bag with my receipt. tried calling the store multipletimes and NO RESPONSE. ridiculous. horrible service.. This Arby's used to be pretty good, but as of recent, not sure if it's new management or something, it's gone rather downhill.... They never have their roast chicken clubs or crispy chicken salads. One time I even got a chicken salad sandwich instead of asalad. Not sure what has gone on, lately. Read more
I'm very upset. Their app says they stay open till 1am and they closed at 11:30!! Not only that when I very first got there I... was parked in front of the drive-thru I mean I was wrapped around the building and they didn't bother telling us that they wereclosed until I got all the way up to the speaker then I realized not only were they closed but they also didn't have any meat soinstead of having a common courtesy to come outside and let people in their cars know this no I said my time when I could havebeen going somewhere else. They never get the Orders right and when you talk to the manager you are all of the sudden wrong for there wrong doing ! Not sure what I got. Put sauce on in car to soak bread so could eat when got home. Took a bite and tasted like crumbled meat. ... Open the sandwich and as you see this looks like dog food i immediately spit the bite i was eating into bag. Contacted hqimmediately. I do not recommend this Dixie location. Read more
