Continues to be the worst fast food restaurant in south west Louisville. I ordered the 4-piece chicken tenders at the... drive-through. I asked for green beans as a side item, and got fries. I asked for KFC dipping sauce, and got no sauce. Therewas no napkin nor fork. The server forgot my drink until I reminded him. Avoid this place at all cost. Read more
They got my order wrong twice. And didn't try to correct it. I'll now be going to a different KFC location for the time being.... This location had had miltiple issues in the past with managers clocking in and NOT STAYING for their shifts. And if theres acustomer problem, good luck getting it resolved! Read more
