Slow service. They must be understaffed. They also ran out of popular side dishes at noon when I was there on a Saturday
I have not ate at this place in a while, and probably will never eat it again. I wanted the pit pie but they didn't have any at... the time said 30 minutes Ok I order Thai chicken dinner, #1, but if you want sides that come with it and you choose what wantyou have to pay a dollar more for it. I chose sweet potatoes and cream spinach as my two sides and it cost a dollar more each.The other sides don't cost extra but I didn't like them but they are with all the sides. I always enjoy eating here, very quick service.
Very clean place but not the best place for vegetarians. There was an option to order the three sides for 10.00 which I did -... but the sides are so small. I mean come on!! I already don't eat meat and the servers give you the most itty bitty sidespossible. It's like you're begging for food and I'm the one spending MY hard earned money. The mac and cheese was also verywatery and too salty. I'm also curious to know - if I'm paying for three sides that's supposed to cost 10.00, why do I have topay an extra 1.00 for the spinach? The spinach did not even taste good. My last complaint - no ketchup! Doesn't mean because I'mvegetarian I want to eat my food dry. They only had bbq sauce which worked okay for the potatoes. But I'm better off spending mymoney eating sofritas at CHIPOTLE. They aren't mean with the serving and I feel like I get my money's worth. If you're a meatlover maybe you might like it... but vegetarians if you ever feel hungry do yourself the favor and take a pass on Boston Market.The food is not worth it in my opinion. Read more

Clean spot..had like 3 people working at the time had the line moving quick Food was hot and fresh..they were stingy with the... gravy..and there sides are mad hi..but we gotto pay for quality. I quess the chickens there are American citizens with rights tovote .thay that hi..lol Read more
I enjoy my lunch the place was nice and clean service was great my chicken breast was soft and very moist my rib was falling of... the bone very tender my mash potatoes and Mac and cheese very tasty over all very good food. Read more
