When I placed the order everything was fine.once I got to the section where you tell what condiments you want,it was totally... different order.the guy who took the order made a mistake or didn?t hear me properly.but order amount was the same.once I toldhim that?s what not what I ordered he wants more money because it cost more money.I even told him when I ordered this and that Iwant.I always buy from there but no more.they lost a customer today. This place should be shut down. I only hope that what happened to me does not happen to anyone else. I love Charley's and I went... to this location because it's the closest one to my work place. I ordered a regular Buffalo Chicken sandwich for myself, and aseparate order of fries for my CO worker. I received the sandwich but was waiting for the fries when I was told that the frieswere in the same box as my sandwich. I then went back to the cashier and explained to him once again that I wanted the friesseparate from the sandwich. He took back the sandwich and opened the box with no gloves on, and proceeded to remove the friesfrom the box and placing them in another. When I told him that I no longer wanted those fries, and asked for fresh ones, becauseit was unsanitary. The manager stepped in and told me NO. At that point, I asked for my money back and the manager became verynasty. I'm not sure what's going on in the world these days but I'm really fed up with spending my money and getting pureservice. This location does not close at 9pm. I have seen this place refuse orders at 8:30. Would advise coming before that time

I love it. Always made right. But little pricey

The line cook at the end that packs the food YELLED at me and told me to ?Get out of here? because I ordered to stay but asked... for my order to go instead. I paid for my meal and he treated me like I was getting free food. I felt completed humiliated andupset by the encounter. I have never been treated like this for simply asking for a box and bag to take my food to go. Themanager was absolutely useless. He offered no help and never presented himself as the manage until he was directly asked if hewas the manager. He just stood in the background watching the whole thing happen. On top of that my Philly cheesesteak was suchpoor quality. This incident happened on 11/04/18. Never again will I give Charley?s my money. Read more
