If you're vegan don't even go. They cook everything in butter. If you ask the waiter if they use dairy products in their food,... they'll stand there and lie to your face until you stand up and ask the cook yourself. So it turns out that this IHOP operates a ghost kitchen under the name of "Thrilled Cheese". Well, I made an order of a grilled... cheese sandwich and mozzarella sticks and they sent me the attached. I wonder if the IHOP franchise leadership knows that thisrestaurant is operating a ghost kitchen under this name. Uber eats had no idea but I realized since the addresses were exactlythe same they're using IHOP supplies and selling this "food" with huge markups. The picture shows what's supposed to be agrilled cheese sandwich (the sandwich is completely uncooked, raw bread, cold cheese, and onions?) alongside cold chickentenders. Yum, but after not eating here for many years, all has changed. I used to love all the variety of syrups available on the... table.... not available anymore. Food was good well prepared and timely despite restaurant being very busy. Coffee (bottomless)was not good. Orange juice watered down. Waitress was attentive and I enjoyed the meal overall. Read more
We had lunch here typically when we are around this area. The kids like to eat at this particular location. Covid protocols were... followed. Staff and customers wear mask and practice social distancing. The food was good, service was good and staff werefriendly. The Parking lot was full so I had to park a block away. My husband and I went here for a late breakfast. I am a little disappointed my husband asked for corn beef hash waited more then... 10 minutes for someome else to come say they stopped servicing it. He was waiting again for a second cup of coffee that nevercame. No sure if the service was bad because of the language barrier, because not many spoke English or understood. We use cometo this one frequently my husband said never again. The only thing that came quick without a problem was the check. I ask forgluten free pancakes and were brought the wrong ones, and was told they were gluten free until another waitress walking by saidno. I have celiac disease and that could have made me sick.
