As a minority business owner I made it my business to patronize this place. The food is very good and so are the drinks. I go... out of my way to go there. The last time I went I got a red bean soup. I was highly disappointed , one dumpling and half cup orcarrots. I was already at home I called the store. The owner, later to find out was combative with me right away. She finallyagreed to replace it. I felt like I was begging her to do the right thing. I was already apprehensive to call. She asked myname so I thought cool she will write it down. As I told her I don?t know when I was going to exactly be there. I went 2 weekslater and told her about the conversation. She immediately got nasty , rolled her eyes and said come back later. I told her tokeep her soup. If it meant all the attitude. She basically accused me of lying. Over a $5 soup. I was already there spendingclose to $20 on drinks. Needless to say I will prob not go back. I will miss the food. Not the drinks so much as I bought ajuicer. Read more
The food is is very good and doesn?t feel like a restaurant. It feels more like home cooked food with love. EVERYTHING on the... menu is amazing. The daily soup specials are my favorite. Read more
The food is good however the meal portion leaves a lot to be desired. I order a salmon bowl and I should have taken a picture.... Mainly salad and lacking on everything else. I was hungry and I am still hungry! I don?t mind paying a premium for quality foodhowever with toddler sized portions I will reconsider going here. Honestly I am obsessed with this place!!! The food never disappoints. The food is always fresh & most definitely tastes... homemade. The Ackee over rice is amazing ! And the tofu teryaki as well. Also, they serve a good amount because I can neverfinish the rice. If you want fresh good food, I recommend Jojos 100% Read more
