The person who served us nametag had the name little rock on it she was rude and was sitting ontop of food equipment with... earbuds in looked right at us and didnt bother to help or ask us if we needed anything. She didnt notice we put an order in andwe waited 10 extra minutes. Just left the Subway connected to the Gateway. Two kids were working there and openly saying they were going to put in their... earbuds and say f it Im done. They purposely ignored me then complained that they had to help me. I should have walked off andnot given that place my business. Horrible! Read more
I visited there everyday on my way to work the staff is friendly the restroom are extremely clean and the food is satisfactory
This subway is very clean nice people except for one girl who was moody but that was a while ago so maybe she just had a bad day... but there aren?t very many drink choices but it?s because they share with a taco place but it?s a very convenient subway!!!! Read more

The trainee tonight was awesome, she was trying to give good customer service but the trainer was rude and has no idea what... customer service is. There is no circumstances where it's okay to speak to another person, especially a paying customer the wayhe did, were just trying to get a sandwich, it's not life or death. Read more
