Used to like coming here because Tiffany is super sweet and I love when she?s my barista but lately some of the other baristas... have been rude and don?t pay attention to orders. They lose my mobile orders, make my drinks wrong, if it?s made ?right? itbarely has any flavor and our hot drinks are always barely filled with most of the drink being foam. They also didn?t want to dothe Veterans Day deal with the free coffee which isn?t a huge deal since it?s bland coffee at best but Starbucks advertised itso I?m not sure why they wouldn?t honor it. I?ve always loved Starbucks but it?s been going downhill lately and it just doesn?tseem worth it anymore with how expensive it?s getting. Read more

Been coming specifically to this location for years now. Always happy to be there, great staff, always happy to help or correct... any issues with an order. Staff is always positive and kind. There is an extremely rude barista that works at this location. Larger build tattoos. She gets drink orders wrong then doesn?t... apologize and sloppily remakes the drink still wrong: The drink was so disgusting that had to drive back and return it again noapology and extremely rude acting. The manager Angie needs to handle her employees. If this girl doesn?t like working.atStarbucks she should quit. Read more

Great location! The drinks tasted amazing and the customer connection was really lovely. We went in around 11am and they greeted... us and made us instantly feel welcomed. The baristas not only got out the drinks fast when it was fairly busy, but they all justseemed very genuine and sweet. Little things go a long way! Read more

Been here twice, both times the vanilla sweet cream cold brew had no ice, and no semblance to a normal vanilla sweet cream cold... brew. It just tasted like burnt, black coffee. Read more

Consistently slow service where they first ignore you, then give you attitude. Now their machines are broken and instead of... being apologetic and offer an alternative, they just give you arrogant impatience. It's like they want polite customers to berude back to them. Dont ask them questions about the coffee drinks they currently dont offer, because they clearly dont care toexplain their situation. They also constantly turn off Moble ordering in advance. And they currently removed their chairs so youcannot sit in the store. This location is nothing but a big headache. It's unfortunate that its on the path of my walk. Gonnafind a different place to buy expensive coffee. You've been warned about this location that doesn't have a drive through either. Read more
