First I got the wrong order, then my correct order was delivered but my pasta had no lid so it was slopped all over the box.... When called to tell them about the mistake we were told oh the driver is on his way back with your order and need the order wegave you. No compensation what so ever. Not happy about their service. I dont know why people come down hard on Domino's pizza. It's made in the USA and doesn't come from a factory ???? I enjoy their... thin crust pizzas and always had a good experience with both carry out and delivery from the location by Eglin's AFB back gate.Thanks for the surprise freebie with my order I made today! Can?t say I?ve had a good experience with them. I only order from them because they deliver on Eglin AFB. The last time I... ordered they didn?t even get my order started until 2 hours after I had placed the order. Then I had to wait another hour forthem to prepare the order and half an hours after that to finally deliver it. This time I ordered my pizza and they said it wasdelivered after 30 mins. I never received my order. Then when I called I was on hold for 15 mins to be told it was out fordelivery and give it 30 mins and then call back for another estimated time. I ordered only the bread bites poppers. They were delicious. Of course, I expected the time to be longer than usual because not... only are they short staffed, but I am sure they had tons of orders because of school being closed for hurricane Ida. The pizzas were overcooked and some were not completely cut. The online payment didn't go through after saying it did so we had... to paid at the location. And we ended up having to pay a tip even though we were picking them up ourselves. The only brightside was polite employee service. Read more
Ordered pizza as a delivery. 1 Large, and 1 medium. Once received the pizzas smell like straight cigarettes. Pizza tasted... alright, was a bit cold and couldn?t get over the cigarette smell. Read more
