Great food, nice atmosphere. Didn't try the wine, but it was still fun.

We have been to Anderson's Winery several times since moving from LI to Valpo 2 yrs ago. We are never disappointed. The staff is... friendly and the Nachos and Pizza are delicious. The choice of wines are plenty and favorable but, it's the atmosphere and musicthat makes this spot a must visit in Valparaiso. Read more

We tried 4 wines that were supposed to be semi sweet to sweet, which was not the case, the place itself was very nice and they... music playing all of that was nice, the help could have been friendlier, and explained the wine, but they didn?t. Not a fan of their wine. We tried four different ones (Pinot Grigio, Sweet Rose, Dusk Red Blend, and Front Porch Red) and didn?t... like any of them. Some of them even tasted like they were watered down. The staff wasn?t really that friendly either . The foodcoming out did look good. Read more

Rustic warm and welcoming atmosphere. Staff was friendly, and informative. Live music on a Saturday afternoon was awesome.

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by my trip here. My husband and I were passing through on our way to a Valentine's getaway and... wanted to try local wine and grab lunch. We decided on Anderson's Winery because they also have live music on the weekends andwith Covid, we've missed live music. I'm so glad we came here. We had four wine flights in total. Their wine was so good thatit made it difficult to decide what to try next. I honestly don't think we tried one we didn't like. We took 6 bottles home withus and got a 10% discount for purchasing half of a case!! We each ordered a panini. I had a Veginator which was deliciousalthough I would have preferred less mustard as it overpowered the savory zucchini. My husband had a Clucking Baconator. He saidhis was plenty moist even though it didn't have any sauce on it. Gouda came on both of our sandwiches and it really elevated theflavor. So yummy! The atmosphere here is next level. Everything is clean and well decorated. The staff was pleasant andhelpful. The tables are well-spaced and in the center of the room is a wood-burning fireplace. Just the perfect setting for aValentine's lunch. It was great to listen to live music again. The musician that played was good and chose a selection ofappropriate songs for the setting. He interacted with the crowd in a way that made me feel like he was playing in my livingroomand not in a public place. Very friendly staff. Wine is tasty and priced very well. The food is good. We had the mustard sampler, pepperoni flat bread, BBQ... chicken flat bread, and the brie with fig jam. It was a very nice time with good food and wine in a nice atmosphere. My onlyissue was the wasps, but that's not really something they can control. The wasps were very aggressive and swarming around. Amazing friendly staff! Amazing wines especially the Fuzzy Peach and Vineyard Red. The food was delicious!
