Disapponted. Waited 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Not even a glass of water. People that entered after us already got... their order taken. Three waitresses walked past us, looked at the menus on the table, and kept on walking. But that's OK, wewent to Longhorn Steakhouse and had a wonderful meal. Read more
Not the best service. It took almost 40 minutes for the appetizers and we still had to ask about them. The appetizers ended up... coming out only 10 minutes before the food. Only half our party was asked if they wanted something else to drink and at no timewere any of the used dishes removed from the table. Not our best experience. Read more
The service was bad. Had to wait over five minutes at the door before the hostess even showed up. The waitress forgot the... breadsticks that was supposed to be included with one of our meals, even after they said that the breadsticks were on the way.My steak was undercooked, the broccoli was saltier than sea water, and our waitress never even asked how our meal was. Weoverheard the waitress apologizing to at least two other tables next to us, so it wasn't an isolated occurrence. Do yourself afavor and give this restaurant a pass. Read more
We went for there for the all-you-can eat wings. We waited 20 minutes between.our re-orders. The re-order consisted of 4 wings... and a handful of fries. The wings were warm but the fries were cold. The servers were friendly and attentive. Read more
Staff all nice, ordered steak rare, was closer to well done. Potatoes were like instant gummy and bad artificial taste. Broccoli... was good. Food needs a lot of attention. Used to be my weekly spot for dinner and a drink??. Went back yesterday and food wasgreat. Ordered steak RARE with emphasis and it was perfect. Great turnaround.Again all staff really accommodating ! Applebee's has extremely good food and quite a selection of very tasty dinners. The waiters and waitresses are outstandingly... kind, respectful and helpful! It's a very nice set up with lights, pictures, and TVs around the whole interior of therestaurant. It's very spacious as well. And of course there's always parking spots available. This has always been an amazingrestaurant with amazing staff. Read more
Well it was an interesting experience. First the waitress was super nice no complaints at all . I ordered the ribs and when they... came out they were so old and dry you couldn?t even bite them . I wasn?t going to say anything until I seen a bunch of hairunder the bbq sauce . The waitress was nice and apologetic I got a new order and went with the fish and chips and to my surprisethe fish was still frozen . The manager apologized and was willing to get me something else but by this time I drank about 8waters and was ready to go . My wife?s meal was good she enjoyed it . This restaurant has always had great food in the past. I was going to take my parents out to dinner at this location , but... decided against Applebee's due to there being almost an hour wait to be seated. The restaurant was severely understaffed and thehost stated that they have 2 people working the kitchen. We left and I took my business elsewhere ( that was nearly fullystaffed and extremely busy ). It is extremely disheartening because I have never had a bad experience at this location untilnow. Read more
