A laughable staff, their customer service was terrible. The only reason i gave one star is because that?s what?s needed to write... a review. There was one guy who was doing something, the other two cashiers were on their phone the whole time, even whiletaking my order talking about their tips for the night. There was also a child just behind the counter? I understand maybe afamily owned business or maybe even having a baby sitter call off but the child was coughing walking around eating and playingon a phone behind the register where all of the food was it just seemed gross. On top of all of that the cashier (the olderlady) made it seem like an inconvenience to take my order and then sent two other large family?s who would have spent a lot ofmoney away because it was ?almost time to close?. It had just turned 5pm and they close at 7pm so i really don?t understand whyyou would turn them away other than laziness. Read more

Got here at 1030 because that's the time they said they opened online. No hours on the store front. Waited for 20 minutes and... noticed the only employee was outside taking a smoke break. Decided to go elsewhere. Read more
Came here on Thursday 5/5/22 @6 p.m at the Valpo location. It was closed. Google says open till 7 PM no store hours on building.... my wife?s been to this location several times and says it?s always closed. What are your Business hours of operation? Read more
Two thumbs up for Ben's pretzels!! We take our grandchildren there every year at Christmas! However, WHY WAS IT CLOSED ON... SATURDAY DECEMBER 4TH?? We there before closing time which is 6pm on the door and it was all dark!! Super duper disappointed!!!Covid last year.... ???? We were all so excited walking up town to get our yummy ????... Pretzels here are soft and tasty, served warm. Chose yellow mustard dipping sauce and wasn't disappointed. Friendly service,... patient with me as I debated all the options. Great pretzel! Read more

1 pretzel and one sauce $5.02 with tax. Took ???? to my destination to find out is is partially dried out and doughy on other... end. Pricey for for some flour and water. Oh well. Read more
