My husband and I went there after popcorn festival walked up to the door and had to walk thru of kids at least 20 of them... sitting on the steps and hanging around the door. After walking thru that the entryway was dirty. Waked into the restaurantand there were tables of loud obnoxious kids sitting at tables being loud and rude. They remodeled the store, might need to remodel the staff as well. Went in last night had a surreal experience. Ordered 15... wings, two drinks and mozzarella sticks. Server said they had a lot of orders going on might be a wait but no biggie. Got sticksand drinks quickly. 40 min later, everyone else, including people seated after us, got wings / entrees / drinks except us. Tablenext to us was putting in 2nd orders for lots of wings, they came out fast. We're like what the heck. Server said "hey can youremind me what you ordered, they might have gotten mixed up back there." Told him the 15 wings order, he said "oh yeah I think Isaw it back there, let me go get it." Doesn't come back, brings other tables wings and drinks. 10 min go by, he comes over andsays "Let me go check on your order I'll be right back." Doesn't come back. Brings other people stuff. 5 min later comes oversays "do you guys want some more drinks?" I said "whats going on with the wings?" and he says, and I quote "I have no idea whatis going on." I said "what?" he says again "I have no idea what is going on." Not like "it will be 10 min" or "we are out ofwings" or "we lost your order" or "our kitchen staff quit" just "I have no idea what is going on." So we said "OK we'releaving." He has to get a manager to take the wings off our tab. Manager comes over and says nothing. Server says nothing.Charged in full for two drinks and mozzarella sticks. Went there on a busy Saturday night. The waiter kept making minor mistakes but never stopped checking on us and apologizing. My... order was wrong (they fixed it fast) but my drink was never empty. They comped my wrong order and offered my daughter's free icecreme. Clearly this location is being managed by someone who legitimately cares about their customers. I felt the urge to tipenormously. It was so expensive for what we got and how long we had to wait. We'll probably not go back again They charged us $12 for what... was supposed to be a bacon. Cheeseburger, that was the size of our other kids child size cheeseburger and it came with no baconuntil we asked for it and then it came on the side almost 20 minutes later. Service was off on this visit. Didn't notify our server that we were sat at the table, no one came for over 15 min. Food order... was not correct from the kitchen. They did remake without issue but delayed our young daughter her cheese quesadilla which wewere charged full price for dinner chicken quesadilla minus chicken and toppings ( this has never happened on any other visit,they had a special lower price not $9). The air conditioner has not worked in the bar for the last month and the poor bartenders are getting sick. It is uncomfortable... for the customers but I more worried for the well being of the employees who have to be here all day. We are regular customerswho are here multiple times a week and are concerned for the health of our hard working employees who we cherish and only careme for there service. The service is impeccable , it is the lack of responsibility of corporate that is causing this review. Read more
We were looking for a quick later night bite and this was one of the few places still open. They were close to closing when we... arrived. Went straight to the bar where we got great service and tasty food. Loaded nachos and wings really hit the spot. Staffwas friendly and we never felt rushed. Great experience. Read more
