Ordered burgers medium, came out rare. Was told their medium is really really pink...ok... All burgers were watery and really... greasy almost 100% sure they are using patties that are frozen at some point in time and then thawed before grilled. Thefreezing process will cause meat to come out watery after cooking. I straight up had to wrap my burger in a napkin just to eatit. 4.5 stars? You people in this city must have had to choose from this or the butcher's junk tray and then just gave up. Wendy's is a better choice by far. 4 people, $84?!?! Pathetic. Read more
Burgers were really watery and rare. Not very good. Here's a pink piece of paper to compare the color, although it was hard to... capture it in the dim lighting. I ordered a medium. Waitress was nice but after hearing the complaint from me about how rare themeat was, I overheard her tell all thd other customers behind me how the way they cooked it here was more rare than anywhereelse and explained how ordering medium comes out pink/rare. That would be been nice to know before ordering. Read more

We were in Valparaiso for a couple of hours and decided to dine at this place. We loved the presentation of the dishes. My... husband got chili with fries and I got fish-cod and fries. Really delicious food and great service. Any burger can be made vegetarian by substituting for a black bean patty. Our burger,... The Tuscan, was delicious. The fries are perfect and if you can, ask for the fine wine aioli with the fries. You won't regretit. Read more

The service is lacking, we waited for a while to get drinks. When she came, we ordered our food at the same time. The food was... good and came out quickly. The bathrooms were clean as well. Our server didn't come back to check on us for a long time after wegot our food so I wasn't able to order ranch for my fries. I should have planned ahead better. We had to wait for refills andwhen we were done eating we waiting for a while to get our ticket. Was the service terrible? No. But it's lacking for sure. Thefood was very good. We eat here rarely anyways for the same reason: the service. I'm sure we'll try it again in a year or so lol Read more
