Where do I even start. First my sister and I show up about ten minutes until 8 for dinner and once we were seated we were told... that the kitchen had already closed up but if we hurried up and ordered then they can make us food. Mind you NOWHERE was itlisted that they close at 8 and in fact online it shows 10. She then proceeds to take our order and brings us out a wrong drinkfor me and for my 1 year old niece. We didn?t say anything as we didn?t want to cause any problems. Once our dinner came out mysisters and my food was perfect but my nieces hamburger sliders were completely raw. We sent them back and thirty minutes laterthey came back out with more RAW sliders. The waitress then said she would just take it off of our bill. Bill comes out and itshows that they charged her twice for the kids meal and only removed one. Once that was resolved my sisters gift card neverworked on their machines and they were trying to get her to pay a different way and once they realized that wasn?t going tohappen they took the gift card into the back and it worked just fine. The way the imaginary manager never came out to apologizefor the disgraceful service we had and how rudely were treated I will never go back. Read more

I ordered the chicken crispers. Big mistake! The chicken was not real. I was able to cut the meat with my fork, which told me... it wasn't real chicken breast! The french fries were overcooked and so was the corn on the cob! Not a good meal at all! Theyhave served better meals than this! Read more

Went in Saturday afternoon with a group of 5. Restaurant was not even half full, several dirty tables. Waited 20 minutes, server... did not come to our table, saw one walking around but never came over to our table. Another couple came in, server went to theirtable immediately. We got up and walked out. I did send a message to chilis to report the lack of service and got a quickresponse. Very disappointed being this is one of my favorite food chains. Read more

I ordered a to go lunch today and was very disappointed with my food. Normally I love the chicken enchilada soup but today it... was horrible. I could tell by looking at it that it wasn?t the same soup I normally get when I eat inside. My burger was decentbut the lettuce was old and should of never been served. Read more

Hostess was accommodating to my mom's inability to walk far. Waitress was amazing! We sat in the bar area, first table when you... walk in the door. Both our food and our drinks were very good! Highly recommend this Chili's. Great job on customer service! Wewill definitely be back. Read more

We recently visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived, there were two other customers waiting to be... seated and no staff at the check in area. After a few minutes, a staff came up and said she had to clean some tables first. Aswe looked around, we saw most of the tables were vacant but still had dishes and etc. on them. The staff cleaned off the tablesand we were seated. Our table still had dried food and crumbs on it along with those items on our chairs. The floor below ourtable had food, napkins, a spoon and other items. So it say it was clean is being generous. We waited over ten minutes for ourserver to arrive. She did not greet us just asked what we wanted to drink. She smelled of cigarette smoke and never smiledduring our whole visit. She brought our drinks to the table and took our order for our food. That is the last time we saw her.The kitchen staff brought out our food and we asked them for refills. They stated they would tell our server. She never returnedto the table to bring refills, to check how our food was and to see if we wanted anything else. We finally were able to getrefills after we asked another server for them. When we were done, we waited at least another ten minutes for our check. Theserver did not bring it over. We finally decided to stand up. She brought the check over immediately then. We paid our check andleft. The next day I contacted the restaurant to talk to the manager and had to leave a message. He never returned my call. Ithen reached out to the corporate web page and completed their contact us. After ten days, I still have not heard from them. Iabsolutely will not go back to this Chili?s and would recommend no one go there. It is fifthly and has horrible customerservice. Read more

Great location, almost no wait time, amazing food, and friendly service! I go here for almost every special occasion and am... always thrilled with the experience. Decided to go to Chili's in North Olmsted this time, and we were not disappointed. First when you have an excellent server like... we did hats off to "April" for a wonderful experience, a really marvelous server and she was very personable and we enjoyedhaving her at our table. We had chips and salsa to start with and I absolutely love their chips and salsa. Our son had thepotato soup which was tasty with his quesadilla and onion petals. Hubby had the big barbecue thing that they have in the middleof the menu that comes with the Mexican street corn and the pulled pork as his meat in his quesadilla nachos. Oh we're verygood. I had the ribeye and let me tell you it was so delicious especially with the butter on the top of it. This was the beststeak that I've had in a long time and I'm talking about even going to steakhouses in the area. The chef definitely whoevercooked my steak did a fantastic job!!! Unlike our experience at the Chili's restaurant in Sandusky Ohio, see my review for thatone.... It was like night and day. Having the right manager having the right employees makes a difference, and taking the timeto make sure that your silverware are clean before serving them to your guests is a big plus too. I highly recommend Chili's inNorth Olmsted Ohio very good menu. Ask for April she definitely will not disappoint. What a fantastic server she is. If you likemy review please give it a like.
