Originally 1 star : Delivery missed HALF of food order and the restaurant provided no communication or remedy at all. We paid... for delivery then had to beg for our food from a chat bot bc restaurant refuses to help. Chat bot drops chat 3 times with nohelp given at all. Then we have to send an employee who we have to compensate for time and mileage to go to the location and begagain for our food. Now food is cold, other half still not received, office lunch ruined, no time to actually eat the food andChipotle cares 0. Horrible setup by Chipotle Corp *Update was told that even though we ordered thru website Doordash missed theorder AND cancelled it. DD has been horrible so that is why we hadn't gone thru them already. NOT chipotles fault but while theydeliver thru DD bad experience. Read more

My bowl was good. The server that prepared my bowl was great. My chips were stale, I threw the whole bag away. The counter was... dirty, I offered to wipe it off so I could set my purse down to get my wallet out but the cashier denied that request and stilldid not wipe it off, so I just held it ??????????? This by far was one of the worst experiences my family and I have ever had. When we arrived at 8:40 pm we went to place a... pretty simple order with chicken tacos and they said they didn?t have any chicken. So my husband placed his order because it washis birthday choice meal and my son and I were just going to have chips and quest. Once he had his order in I was told we couldonly order our chicken tacos only if we went online and placed the order for pick up. So we sat down placed a pick up order sowe could eat together as a family. During the visit through the line not one employee made eye contact or even tried tocommunicate appropriately. Our chips were stale. And the tables and floors were so full of food and garbage it was horrible.About 10 min into our meal the employee started to wipe tables down and pick chairs up to close down. It was 9:10. Pm. On thedoor it says closes at 10pm. I will never come back into this location. It was truly a sad experience.. my 13 year old said theemployees there were socially awkward and it?s said to see that generation that way. Read more

A gent by the name of Chris took the care and effort to craft the best chipotle burrito I've ever had and I've eaten at several... locations across the USA. 5 star burrito and experience. Additionally, it felt like Chris was single-handedly holding down theline in terms of attentiveness to the customer and getting orders going. Give this person a raise. Read more
