We have always had a great experience here. The staff is so quick & always puts the correct order out. They are awesome! And the... restaurant including restrooms are always clean. However this time with the Pizza Bake pasta it had way too much sauce. So muchthat I had to drain every bite. Read more

I reccomend visiting this location! The team is great, it's very clean, and the food was surprisingly good- considering I... haven't been to Fazoli's in years. Went on a late Friday night, probably near closing time. The whole store was empty, andlikely all set up for a good close, but the team was kind and thoughtful the whole time we were in regardless. The trashes werepractically empty, the floor was spotless, and everything was well stocked. The food arrived quickly, we had plenty ofbreadsticks, and it was an overall amazing experience. While we enjoyed our meals, there were no problems and I can assureanyone thinking about visiting that the team here would have handled it well if any had arrisen! We ordered the lunch specials. I got the ravioli and the fettuccine alfredo. My daughter got the pizza slice and the spicy... tomato pasta. My fettuccine alfredo was very runny, especially after cooling off. The cashier was very nice. I tried that neworange vanilla ice cream lemonade thing, it was pretty good. I was really just not happy with the taste of the food it was kindof bland, and taste it and look like microwave food. We love Fazoli's! The pasta always tastes fresh and the unlimited breadsticks are the best, even though this is a "fast service"... place. We haven't been in several years since I can't eat dairy or gluten, but their gluten free pasta and meat sauce (withoutthe parmesan seasoning packet) were so tasty! The manager at this location answered all our questions, and I also saw her helpanother patron figure out the best way to reheat a bunch of breadsticks for the customer's party. Great service! I'm stuck in the smack dab middle between Janesville and Valparaiso Fazoli's and I miss this brand in Chicago. Whenever I'm near... I travel the extra distance to get my crave. The staff is always friendly, they go the extra mile to take care of me and thefood is outstanding. I eat out for 26 years and Italian is my favorite. Can't wait to come back! I was there Aug 9. Expensive meal came with 2 stale hard as rock bread sticks, and the pumpkin cheesecake slice was very small and frozen like a... popsicle. All served from a not so friendly drive thru worker. Not worth the money. Read more
