I've been wanting to try this restaurant for quite a while before we finally checked it out over the weekend. Our server was... nice but it took a while to get someone to come up and take our drink order. There were five servers/hostesses hanging outaround the bar 5 ft from where we were sitting and we waited longer than we should have to get our order in. One of my drinkswas served wrong when it was one of their own cocktails. My food was great but my sweethearts food was mediocre at best.Probably won't go here again considering all the awesome restaurants in downtown valpo. Read more
A fantastic place to grab a drink (or 5) and have dinner. My friend had the poke bowl and he loved it. I had the burger?.cheese... curds are fantastic here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The best moderately priced red wine list I've seen in any restaurant. Great selection of bourbons, too. Their food is less... impressive but there are a few standouts including their double pork chops. Staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. This small but popular restaurant fills up on busy nights so come early or late. Parallel street parking within a block or twois usually available. Read more
