This place was okay, the food was okay, the atmosphere good and the service okay. Seems like the cashier was just there, but... that's understandable. Lemonade was good, nachos were disappointing and my portion of potato salad seemed a bit too small? Thenachos had that canned cheese and very little chips for $8. Might come back or not? Great, if you actually go there. If you order on the app, don?t bother getting a drink. This is the second time now that I?ve... ordered the exact same thing, and both times, they forgot my $3 lemonade, and there is no way on the app to resolve it, asidefrom calling the store and complaining, which does absolutely nothing but ruin some kid?s day. If you are used to the quality and service found at most McAlisters, you will be disappointed here. Spud had to be hours and... hours old, was very hard to eat. Angus was in such tiny pieces and skimped on. Sandwiches were okay. Staff was not friendly,asked questions about why we needed an additional fork. Store was dirty, lots of paper and dropped food bits on the floor.Tables had dirty dishes stacked up 30 minutes after patron left. For our 35min visit the store was almost dead completely, lessthan 10 customers. 2 stars because the food was greatly disappointing, lack of customer service, and lots of debris for thestore being slow. They do have signs up "please be patient we are short staffed". I can see 6 staff/employees. There are muchworse places to eat dinner, but likely much better places too, especially for the $$$$. ETA, used women's restroom.... Aboutlike a truck stop. Urine on the seat, grossness on both sides of the door, debris on the floor and counter. Both stalls hadtoliet paper and there was hand soap and paper towels, in addition to a changing table! Read more
Extremely disappointed with this place. The potato soup tasted like water. My husband got a spud that you could tell was old and... reheated. The pickle that came with my food looked like it was recycled and had bites taken out of it.Not to mention there wasdust all the way down the ledge by the tables and all over the napkin holders. I ate there back in 2018 and the food wasamazing. I?m not sure what happened to this place but I will never go back. Read more
I've had enough of this place, 2 times I ordered online they didn't ensure the delivery drivers had our soup. Got my food and... bit into a sideways plastic toothpick that was pushed through the sandwich (was not visible from the top) Thought I broke mytooth. Read more
I decided to stop here for lunch because I haven't been here before and after looking at the menu online I saw there were lots... of choices so it sounded good. Meh is really the best I can offer ???? I had the pick two with chicken salad sandwich and potatosoup. The chicken salad wasn't bad not a lot of flavor but overall pretty good and thankfully not full of celery like a lot ofchicken salad. Not a very big amount of chicken salad on there which was kind of disappointing it was maybe a tablespoon ortwo. The potato soup, however, was the most bland and boring potato soup I have ever had. Literally taste like it came out of acan... Absolutely no flavor very few actual potatoes... Imagine mashed potatoes liquefied and that pretty much coversit. Service was okay the guy at checkout was very very polite. From what I saw with an interaction with another customer theywere very upset about their portion size not being consistent from the last time they ate there which I totallyunderstand. Overall it was $15 including a $2 tip that I put on there before even getting my order which I'm fine with.Honestly though the food itself was not worth the $13. Cleanliness wise no complaints. I did use the bathroom and the door isvery difficult to stall and you basically have to squeeze in and out. Food is good , service is slow most times . If you pick up an order make sure you double check it they tend to forget stuff .
Stopped here for the first time after getting coupons in the mail. My daughter got the French dip and Mac and cheese. She... really liked the Mac and cheese. I ordered steak and bell peppers. We ate in. I thank GOD I ordered water. My steak was sosalty. I am a salt addict and it was too much. After getting past the salty then I was eating a lot of course pepper. Theseasonings needed to be mixed throughout. It was still good and tasty. I ordered a takeout club sandwich and mac and cheese.The Mac and cheese did not look good like the one my daughter ate in Mac and cheese. It was expensive and not worth the price. Read more
