I the person at the window was rude. When I didn't get me receipt, I asked about my *free* meal I was told by the nasty window... person - we can't do that. When I left feedback I was asked if I would like I phone call, I said yes. Still waiting for thephone call almost 3 months later. Go to any other Panda Express the valpo location has very rude help and serves d food anddoesn't follow thru on its signage. Read more
I wish I would have remembered the names of the employees. This was a great fast food experience. The ladies at the front... counter were very friendly & patient with us while we ordered & also very informative about the vegan options. Food was fresh,hot & an great overall atmosphere. My buddy took us here after driving all around Chicago. I didn't pay by the food was better than what I could remember when I... lived in Valpo so a big thumbs up for them. Kind of pricey for fast Chinese but the flavor just killed any actual Chineserestaurant int the area. Not complaints. Read more
First time eating here. Very disappointed. The person (Julia) who helped us, was very pushy (rushy) and we could hardly... understand her and my mom is hard of hearing. Over all 1 star from me. Never to return, poor costumer service. Read more
Didn't make the cut. Taste like any other Chinese fast food. It's missing the panda prestige. Lol. I eat at panda in every state... I visit and I visit a lot of states. A lot. Teriyaki chicken was not grilled enough. Almost looked boiled. Big chunks of chickenmeat gave it a raw feel (it wasn't raw). The kungpao was made with orange peppers. Rice was clumpy and flavorless. The storeneeds to retrain their cooks more thoroughly. That's why you have a 3.8 rating. I personally haven't seen anything under a 4 forpanda. Smh. Read more
Very clean. Good tasting and hot food. Good location.
I came in after fasting for a blood test this morning, and thought I was going to pick some good food to break the fast with.... Unfortunately not only was the food disgusting, the table I said Rock back and forth more than a foot in either direction.Unfortunately it was the only place to sit. I usually think of Valparaiso is a place where people are Discerning about wherethey eat, apparently none of the people in there had any idea what good food was like. One of the cream cheese rangoon's I wasgiven had the purse open and it was full of standing oil. The person who brought it out to me because I was waiting for ithanded it to me, not with a smile, what will the grimace as if wondering what I was going to say to her. The fact that youbrought it out to me in the condition it was in is just horrible. I have had not one experience at this place out of the four.
