We got here at 2:48pm and did not receive our food until 3:46pm. 58 minutes. All we ordered was a bagel, half soup and half... sandwich. I understand Panera can get really busy / understaffed, but the staff / supervisor showed zero empathy and offered noapologies to all the customers who were waiting an hour+ for simple orders. Am from Illinois, passed by to have salad & coffe, isalad was frozen cols hurt my thooth, lettuces weren fresh either, it was... the worse salad ever, coffe was very weak,like just dark brown water. . Wasted my money. First time, & last!!!! Read more
I ordered through door dash and when my food arrived, my bagel was hardly cut in half, more like partially shaved into half.... then that piece was also burned. I am very disappointed and hungry. Read more
I got a breakfast sandwich at this location, and the egg was completely raw. I had eaten half the sandwich, unfortunately... unaware of this. I told a team member about this, and her exact comment was, ?ew, that?s gross,? then without asking just hadthe kitchen make me a new sandwich. I had lost my appetite and just wanted a refund, so the team member went to get her manager.The Manager just swiped her card and refunded me. As a manager myself, I would of apologized to my customer and would have careda whole lot more. If you visit, I hope your food is cooked fully because they don?t seem to care if it is or isn?t. Salad looked good but messed it up with way too much dressing. It over powers the salad as well as make it less healthy. One can... always add to their liking but can't remove once drowned! Use 2/3erds less please. As I try to finish it I taste NO salad AllDRESSING! and more DRESSING... DRESSING salad it is. Now I'll that DRESSING taste in my mouth for the rest if my life! Cut the bagels completely wrong. The top was as hard as a crouton. No attempt to make a new bagel or anything. They just stared... at me when I said anything about it. I'm a regular here too which was really concerning since I'm here working at least 4 timesa week. Read more
Coming to this Panera Bread in the morning you get to see the freshest most exquisitely untouched bouquet of pastries, cakes,... chocolates, and loafs of bread all arranged carefully. There Will always be a craving for this restaurant for me. This PaneraBread has never looked better and the food is still amazing. Read more
Panera is typically a very reliable chain for good healthy food, but the one in Valparaiso is very randomly sloppy. On two... occasions I have received sandwiches with cinnamon icing on the bread and today my vegetarian sandwich also contained two randombits of chicken. That's a Mediterranean veggie sandwich with cinnamon icing and random chicken... By law companies must usedifferent color chopping boards to separate meat, bread, vegetables etc. Considering this it's hard to see how this crosscontamination is happening unless those laws are not being followed, or proper clean up is not happening. I'm lucky I don't havea major allergy. Valpo Panera is lucky the health inspector's not in today. Read more
